Individual Therapy: 50-minute sessions at $180 per session.

Couples and Family Therapy: 50-minute sessions at $220 per session.

Sliding scale rates are available on a limited basis.

For clients with out-of-network insurance, we provide a Superbill receipt to submit for potential partial reimbursement. Please verify coverage with your insurance provider before scheduling an appointment.
Attendance Policy
To reschedule or cancel a session, clients must notify Forge Men's Wellness at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge for the full session rate. Missed sessions without notification ("no-shows") will be charged in full and may lead to discontinuation of services.
